Import modemmanager backend from kde-workspace repository. It was removed

from kde-workspace's master branch so it will not be available starting
from kde-workspace 4.11. Bump imported modemmanager backend's version to 0.5 to
prevent conflict when installing Plasma NM with kde-workspace < 4.11.
