Remove unused-since-kde3 signal aboutToCreate(KIO::Job*, QList<KIO::CopyInfo>) 

This was for kdesktop's icon placement on DnD...

This cleanup also allows to solve the FIXME and make KIO::CopyInfo properly internal again.
