Implement AudioOutputInterface42

Simplifies the old AudioOutput::setOutputDevice(int)
Implements AudioOutput::setOutputDevice(AudioOutputDevice)

PVLC was unable to set devices that were not discovered by itself,
because it tried to find them with the device manager.
